Education
  • We work closely with many local voluntary and statutory agencies

  • We provide external training on Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Gender related issues including equality and diversity

  • We deliver sessions to colleges and secondary school pupils in Gloucestershire, as part of Personal Social & Health Education and Citizenship curricula, challenging negative attitudes and tackling homophobia and transphobia

  • We're often asked about setting up LGBTQ+ groups in schools, so we've put together some information and quick tips to getting a group going

Strategic Engagement

Our strategic engagement brings good generalist strategic-thinking to the discussion table when organisations and partnerships are planning services and policies.  We aim to ensure that needs of LGBTQ+ people of all ages are considered and taken account of in the decision-making processes.  There have been numerous changes to the structures in recent years and many opportunities for voluntary sector agency involvement have now disappeared.
